i formatted the device internal storage from my SYS MS 908 and guess what!!!All of the car's data is gone!!! i try to update and yes...i have a lots of car to update but after i have done the updates,the car list still not there!!!lucky me,when i have buy the machine,i have save the internal storage from the machine in my PC!!!! now after i copy again the system from the pc in the maxisys,i have all the car in my list!!!! so my advice,save all the data from the autel machine in the PC!!!Sorry for my bad englishTags: maxisys

Hi. I also did a factory reset and then there was nothing there. Everything that was to do with MaxiSys was gone. I they checked the System update and installed that. Even though it didn't highlight the download side. I clicked on it and all things started to return to normal. Then I went to the update page and installed all the vehicles that were available. Long Process but everything worked for me. I have never saved anything to my pc except vehicle info files that I wanted for later views. Enjoy
